Use official download destinations
Start at the official website and follow its regional store links. The announcement also links the game on the Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store, App Store and Google Play. Availability may differ by region.
Your preparation checklist
- Check your actual device. Compare current store requirements with your operating system, memory, graphics hardware and free storage. Leave additional space for installation and updates.
- Choose where you will play. Confirm the live region/server choices and platform linking rules before committing. A “global” release alone does not establish cross-save behaviour.
- Secure your login. Use a unique password and keep access to the email or platform account you will use.
- Wait for the hour. Once the official opening time is published, convert that timestamp to your local timezone. A UTC+8 calendar date alone is insufficient.
- Prepare a character shortlist. Use our character index while keeping alternatives in mind.
On launch day
Read the latest maintenance notice before troubleshooting a connection error. Check the region and login method, record your own UID privately, and read any reward expiry dates. For progression priorities, continue to our beginner preparation guide.
